By browsing, accessing, using this website or ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Use and Services, and any other rules posted on our Sites. Etech Clothing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Orders

All orders at Etech Clothing are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Returns

All refund and returns must be made within 14 days of goods has been received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new condition which unused, unwashed, and decorated. All returns must be in the original packaging. If a product’s packaging is opened and not re-packed to its originals status, the items cannot be returned for credit.

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For return, please contact our friendly team member to obtain a return authorization number. No unauthorised returns accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

After your item is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often needs some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

No refund and return for Sale items.

Exchanges

We only exchange and replace items if they are defective or damaged, except where goods despatched are packing error. Otherwise, there will be a $10.00 or 15% return handling fee. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping cost and costs for your replacements.

Cancellation

If the product is not available for any reason.  We will notify you and return any payment that you have made.  We will refund your payment from the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.  If the refund transaction fails we will advise you and make new arrangements to process the refund via a different method.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors.
